  1. Unboxing Inspection

After receiving the product, first inspect the condition of the outer carton. If the carton is severely damaged, wet, deformed, shows signs of having been opened, or has any other abnormal condition, take photos or video before unboxing. After opening the package, complete a basic inspection within 24 hours:

  1. Confirm that the product model matches your order;
  2. Confirm that the head sculpt, body, skin tone, and main configurations are correct;
  3. Confirm that all accessories are included;
  4. Check the product surface for obvious shipping damage;
  5. Check that the skeleton has normal basic articulation;
  6. Check for unusual compression or damage inside the packaging.

If you find an obvious issue, contact after-sales customer service promptly and provide your order number, photos of the outer carton, product photos, and a description of the issue.

  1. Before First Use

During production, quality inspection, packaging, and shipping, a small amount of care powder, packaging marks, or the natural odor of the material may remain on the surface. This is normal. Before first use, we recommend that you:

  1. Leave the product in a cool, well-ventilated area for a period of time;
  2. Gently clean areas that will come into contact with the body using warm water and a mild cleaning product;
  3. After cleaning, gently press a soft microfiber towel against the surface to absorb moisture. Do not rub;
  4. Allow the product to dry completely before applying care products or using it;
  5. If the surface feels slightly tacky, apply a small amount of dedicated doll care powder or another recommended powder.

Do not use very hot water, the high-heat setting of a hair dryer, alcohol, bleach, strong disinfectants, strong acids or alkalis, or unknown chemical products on the doll.

  1. Routine Cleaning

To maintain good hygiene, we recommend cleaning the product promptly after each use. Basic cleaning steps are as follows:

  1. Rinse the area to be cleaned with warm water or wipe it gently with a soft microfiber towel;
  2. Use a mild, non-irritating cleaning product and clean gently;
  3. Do not pull, scrub, or scrape the product surface aggressively;
  4. After cleaning, use a clean, soft microfiber towel to absorb excess moisture;
  5. Allow the product to air-dry naturally in a cool, well-ventilated area;
  6. Once completely dry, apply any required care products and store the product properly.

Please note that moisture left inside flexible-material cavities or deeper areas may cause odor, dampness, or hygiene issues. Always make sure the product is thoroughly dry after cleaning.

  1. Deep-Cleaning Recommendations

If the product includes cleanable internal structures or removable parts, care for them according to the actual design of the product.

When deep-cleaning, please note:

1.When using a cleaning product, we recommend a mild, pH-neutral cleanser. Work it into a lather in your hands first, then apply the foam to the doll rather than applying concentrated cleanser directly to the surface.

2.Do not use excessively high water pressure directly inside the product;

3.Do not insert sharp tools for deep cleaning;

4.Do not use corrosive cleaners;

5.Do not immerse the entire product in water. Products with electronic or smart functions, such as sound or heating features, must never be submerged;

6.Do not allow moisture to remain inside for an extended period;

7.After cleaning, drain thoroughly, wipe dry, and allow the product to air-dry completely.

If you are unsure whether a particular area can be washed with water, contact customer service before cleaning it.

  1. Lubricant Guidelines

Use only lubricants that are compatible with the product material. Different materials have different lubricant compatibility, and using an unsuitable lubricant may cause tackiness, discoloration, cracking, or material damage. In general:

  1. Confirm that the lubricant is suitable for silicone before use;
  2. Avoid lubricants with unknown ingredients;
  3. Avoid products containing irritating, corrosive, or unidentified oil-based ingredients;
  4. Clean away lubricant residue promptly after use;
  5. When using a lubricant for the first time, test a small amount on an inconspicuous area first.

If you are unsure whether a care product, cleaner, or lubricant is suitable for your doll, contact customer service before use.

  1. Care Powder

After silicone is cleaned and dried, the surface may feel slightly tacky. Applying an appropriate amount of care powder can help keep the surface dry and smooth and reduce dust adhesion. To apply:

  1. Make sure the product surface is completely dry;
  2. Lightly and evenly dust a small amount of care powder over the surface;
  3. Gently spread it with a soft powder puff or clean, soft cloth;
  4. Avoid applying too much powder at one time;
  5. Gently pat off any excess powder after application.

Do not apply a large amount of powder while the product is still damp, as this may cause clumping, an uneven surface, or more difficult cleaning.

  1. Makeup & Detail Care

Facial makeup, body detailing, nails, eyelashes, lip color, areola color, vein effects, and other painted details are delicate surface finishes. Please observe the following care instructions:

  1. Do not rub makeup areas forcefully;
  2. Do not use alcohol, makeup remover, oil-based cleaners, or strong cleaning products on painted areas;
  3. Avoid prolonged friction on painted areas of the face and body;
  4. Avoid prolonged contact between dark or colorfastness-untested fabrics and light-colored skin;
  5. Do not place tape, stickers, or strongly adhesive materials directly on the product surface;
  6. Prevent sharp jewelry or metal accessories from scratching the skin surface.

Makeup, nails, eyelashes, wigs, and similar details are delicate or consumable parts and may show natural wear with repeated use. Normal wear is not covered by warranty.

  1. Wig Care

If the product includes a wig, care for and store the wig separately.

When combing the wig, if slight dampening is needed, simply spray with clean water. The use of wig care products is not recommended, as they may affect the doll’s makeup or cause other unintended effects.

We recommend the following:

  1. Gently detangle the wig with a wide-tooth comb;
  2. Start at the ends and work upward gradually. Do not pull forcefully from the roots;
  3. Avoid high-temperature curling or straightening, hot-air drying, and high-heat styling tools;
  4. Do not overstretch or pull the wig cap;
  5. When not in use, store the wig separately in a storage bag or on a wig stand;
  6. If washing is necessary, use a mild product suitable for wigs and allow it to air-dry naturally.

Wigs are accessories and consumable items. Frizzing, tangling, or shedding caused by use, brushing, pulling, or storage is not considered a product quality defect.

  1. Skeleton & Joint Use

The product generally contains an internal metal or composite skeleton that supports basic posing. The skeleton allows the doll to hold certain poses, but it does not mean the joints can move without limits like those of a human or robot. Please observe the following:

  1. Do not over-bend the joints;
  2. Do not force a joint beyond its natural range of motion;
  3. Do not make a single joint bear the full weight of the product;
  4. Do not move the product by pulling on the arms, legs, fingers, ankles, or head;
  5. Adjust poses slowly and gently;
  6. If a joint feels clearly stuck, do not force it farther. Return it along the same path to its previous position;
  7. Holding a joint in a deeply bent position for a long period may cause material fatigue or pressure marks.

If the product has a finger skeleton, take extra care not to over-bend the fingers. Finger wires/bones are relatively thin, and excessive force may cause breakage or puncture the outer material.

  1. Standing Feet

If the product is equipped with standing feet, use them only on a flat, dry, non-slip surface. When standing the doll, please note:

  1. Standing feet are primarily intended for short-term display or photography and are not recommended for long-term standing storage;
  2. Make sure the doll’s center of gravity is stable while standing;
  3. Do not leave the doll standing unattended for long periods;
  4. Do not stand the doll on slopes, wet or slippery floors, or soft carpet;
  5. Do not drag or move the doll by the feet;
  6. Take care not to let sole screws, metal contact points, or support structures scratch the floor;
  7. After use, check the soles for looseness, wear, or other abnormalities.
  8. When using the standing-feet function, the doll must be supported by a wall or another stable support. Do not leave it standing freely without support.

Long-term standing may increase stress on the soles, ankles, knees, or internal skeleton. For everyday storage, lying flat or hanging storage is recommended. For hanging storage, we recommend dressing the doll in non-underwire underwear.

  1. Moving & Handling

Full-size dolls can be heavy. Take particular care when moving them. We recommend:

  1. Support the torso and main weight-bearing areas with both hands, using a bridal-carry position where practical;
  2. Do not lift or carry the entire doll by only the arms, legs, head, or feet;
  3. Do not drag the doll across the floor;
  4. Do not allow the doll to fall from a bed, chair, or other elevated surface;
  5. Check that there are no sharp objects nearby before moving the doll;
  6. For heavier dolls, two-person handling is recommended;
  7. Avoid sudden twisting or excessive bending of the body while carrying the doll.

Improper handling may cause skeleton loosening, joint damage, surface tearing, or localized deformation.

  1. Storage

Proper storage can significantly extend the service life of the product. Store the doll in a cool, dry, shaded, and well-ventilated environment, away from fire, heat, humidity, children, and pets. Recommended storage methods include:

  1. Lying-flat storage: place soft pillows or supports under the waist and thighs to prevent the buttocks from bearing prolonged pressure and becoming deformed;
  2. Hanging storage is preferred where suitable. We recommend dressing the doll in white, non-underwire underwear during storage;
  3. Use soft padding to support the body;
  4. Avoid prolonged pressure on any single area;
  5. Avoid keeping the doll in an extreme pose for long periods;
  6. A brand storage bag, dust cover, or dedicated storage case may be used;
  7. Make sure the product is completely dry before storage;
  8. A light application of care powder may be used before storage.

Long-term storage in a sitting, kneeling, or standing position, or with continuous pressure on one area, is not recommended because it may cause pressure marks, deformation, or stress on the internal skeleton.

  1. Stain & Color-Transfer Prevention

Flexible materials may pick up dye from dark fabrics, dyed clothing, leather, denim, printed textiles, low-quality dyes, or other colored materials, resulting in staining or color transfer. To reduce this risk:

1.Dark-colored clothing is not recommended because of the risk of color transfer; Before dressing the doll, use the included silicone test piece to check the garment for dye transfer. Keep the fabric in contact with the silicone test piece for 24 hours and place a weight, such as a book, on top so that the fabric remains in full contact with the silicone;

2.Before putting on a wig, use a flesh-toned wig cap to help prevent dye transfer from the inner wig cap;

3.Wash new clothing separately first and confirm that it does not bleed or transfer color;

4.Avoid prolonged contact between dark wigs or dark fabrics and light-colored silicone skin;

5.Avoid prolonged contact with colored paper, ink, leather, or rubber materials;

6.For storage, use light-colored, clean, colorfast fabric or a dust cover;

7.If slight staining occurs, address it as soon as possible and contact customer service for guidance.

Staining is usually caused by contact with external materials and is generally not considered a product quality defect.

  1. Temperature & Environment

Do not place the product in direct sunlight, hot rooms, car trunks, near heaters, fireplaces, ovens, or electric heating appliances, in humid bathrooms, in areas exposed to rain or heavy moisture, in freezing or extremely cold environments, or around strong chemical odors or corrosive substances.

High temperatures may cause the material to soften, deform, release oil, damage makeup, or develop structural abnormalities. Humid conditions may lead to odor, mold, or hygiene problems.

  1. Cleaning & Care Products to Avoid

Do not use alcohol, bleach, strong disinfectants, highly concentrated cleaners, strong acids or alkalis, industrial solvents, cleansing oils, paint thinner, nail-polish remover, lubricants with unknown ingredients, strongly staining care products, or adhesive tape, heavy-duty stickers, or glue directly on the product surface.

Incorrect chemical products may cause the surface to become tacky, crack, discolor, lose makeup, corrode, or sustain permanent damage.

  1. Handling Minor Surface Issues

During normal use, the product may develop minor surface issues such as small pressure marks, a slightly powdery feel, localized tackiness, minor stains, or small areas of wear. We recommend:

  1. Start with gentle cleaning methods;
  2. After the surface is completely dry, apply a small amount of care powder;
  3. Do not scrape or scrub aggressively;
  4. Do not use strong cleaners on your own;
  5. Do not apply unknown repair materials without guidance;
  6. If you are unsure how to assess the issue, contact customer service first.

If you notice a significant tear, puncture, skeleton abnormality, or structural issue, stop using the product and contact customer service for repair guidance.

  1. Repairs & Do-It-Yourself Treatment

Unless confirmed by us, customers are not advised to disassemble, cut, heat, glue, drill, modify, or repair the product themselves. If the product is damaged, contact after-sales customer service first and provide clear photos or video. Depending on the issue, we may provide remote assessment, usage guidance, cleaning advice, repair-material recommendations, replacement-accessory recommendations, or another practical solution.

Problems caused by customer repairs, modifications, or incorrect treatment may not be covered by free after-sales service.

  1. Hygiene Recommendations

As an adult intimate product, proper hygiene is important. We recommend:

  1. Clean the product as needed before and after use;
  2. Dry it thoroughly after use;
  3. Do not share the product with other people;
  4. Do not store the product for long periods while it is unclean or still damp;
  5. If you notice odor, moisture, or residue, clean the product promptly;
  6. If you have skin sensitivity, allergies, or other health concerns, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before use.

This product is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, relieve, or prevent any disease.

  1. Safe-Use Restrictions

Do not use the product in any of the following ways or circumstances:

  1. For any unlawful purpose;
  2. In any scenario involving minors;
  3. In any activity that may cause harm to yourself or others;
  4. In high-temperature, open-flame, or otherwise hazardous environments;
  5. In poses or under loads that exceed the structural limits of the product;
  6. In contact with sharp, rough, or corrosive objects or materials;
  7. For unauthorized modifications, experiments, or any use inconsistent with the product instructions.

The customer is responsible for damage, personal injury, property loss, or legal consequences resulting from improper use.

  1. Care During Long-Term Storage

If the product will not be used for an extended period, clean it thoroughly and allow it to dry completely, then apply a light layer of care powder. Remove the wig, clothing, and accessories that may transfer color. Cover the product with a light-colored, dust-resistant, colorfast cloth if desired. Lying-flat storage is preferred, with care taken to avoid prolonged pressure on any single area. Periodically check for moisture, pressure marks, staining, or odor, and avoid sealing the product for long periods in a damp environment. Check the product condition from time to time and adjust the storage position as appropriate.

  1. Common Care Mistakes

The following practices can easily damage the product and should be avoided:

  1. Soaking the product in hot water;
  2. Using a hair dryer on a high-heat setting;
  3. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight;
  4. Leaving dark-colored clothing on the doll during long-term storage;
  5. Storing the product before it is fully dry;
  6. Moving the entire doll by pulling or lifting it by the arms or head;
  7. Forcing or over-twisting the joints;
  8. Cleaning with alcohol or strong disinfectants;
  9. Storing the product standing for long periods;
  10. Using lubricants with unknown ingredients;
  11. Disassembling or modifying the product yourself;
  12. Allowing pets to come into contact with or chew the product.
