Pricing & Promotions

Payment

An order enters processing after payment is confirmed. If payment fails, is declined, does not pass payment risk controls, or shows other transaction irregularities, we reserve the right to suspend order processing.
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the order page, customers are responsible for charges arising from banks, payment providers, exchange-rate changes, cross-border payments, or third-party services.
Production & Delivery
Products are made or configured to order. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that the product requires a production lead time and is not an ordinary ready-to-ship item.
Production time, transit time, and estimated delivery dates are provided for reference under normal conditions only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery commitments.
If delivery is delayed due to production scheduling, quality inspection, holidays, logistics delays, customs inspections, supply-chain disruptions, or force majeure, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the customer, but we are not liable for indirect losses exceeding the amount paid for the relevant order.
Transfer of Title & Risk
Transfer of ownership and shipping risk will be determined based on the selected shipping method, applicable trade terms, destination country, and order-specific instructions.
In general, once the product is handed over to the carrier, shipping risk enters the logistics stage. We will assist with tracking inquiries and reasonable shipping issues, but we are not responsible for losses caused by an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, customs-clearance failure, local legal restrictions, or force majeure.
Warranty & After-Sales Service
Product warranty and after-sales service are governed by the Warranty & After-Sales Service policy published on this website.
The limited warranty applies only to confirmed quality issues. It does not entitle customers to demand a return, exchange, or refund based on personal preference, aesthetic differences, perceived size or weight, or a change of mind.
Customers must use, clean, and store products in accordance with the Product Care instructions. Issues caused by misuse, incorrect care, improper storage, unauthorized repair, modification, or other customer-caused damage are not covered by the free warranty.

- Depictions of minors;
- Clearly age-regressed or childlike depictions;
- Animal depictions or other unlawful or inappropriate content;
- Designs that infringe the intellectual property or other rights of celebrities, public figures, or third parties;
- Any content that violates applicable law, platform rules, or our brand principles.
The customer is solely responsible for any liability arising from infringing, unlawful, or inappropriate materials submitted by the customer.
Intellectual Property
Brand names, trademarks, images, videos, text, designs, page layouts, product descriptions, and other content on this website are owned by the relevant brands operated by Guangdong Sino Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. or by the applicable rights holders.
No person may copy, download, modify, distribute, sell, display, or commercially use such content without prior written authorization.
Users must not use website content for counterfeiting, deception, unfair competition, unlawful sales, or any other activity that infringes the rights and interests of the brand.
Limitation of Liability

We will nevertheless make reasonable efforts to communicate with the customer and provide an appropriate solution.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
